Leadership Coaching
For sitting managers and directors navigating a particular challenge, such as a difficult board relationship, a contested strategic decision, a step up into the CEO seat, or a first ninety days in a new role. Typically engaged for one or two quarters.
Group & Cohort
Cohort programs for peer groups across stations: directors of development, program directors, engineers, and emerging executives. Cohorts meet over six to nine months, mixing structured curriculum with confidential peer problem-solving.
