Full Retained Search
Our flagship engagement for CEO, GM, and senior officer searches. Includes a written position brief, market mapping, broad and inclusive recruiting, competency-based interviews, full reference and credential verification, and on-site finalist visits. Typical timeline: 90 to 120 days from kickoff to start.
Standard Search
For stations that want help building the candidate pool and running the first interview round, while keeping the on-site finalist visits in house. Everything in a Basic Search, plus a fully managed videoconference round of eight to ten semifinalists. Typical timeline: 8 to 12 weeks.
Basic Search
For stations with the internal capacity to run interviews who need help building a strong national pool. We handle recruiting, outreach, and résumé collection; deliver the full applicant pool; and step back so your committee can take it from there. Typical timeline: 6 to 8 weeks.
Tailored Package
For stations with a specific constraint, whether budget, timing, or scope, we design a custom engagement around the work you need done. Common variants include résumé review only, candidate vetting for an internal pool, and interim-leadership identification.
